UPDATE on the mysql.chpc.utah.edu migration to a new server

mysql.chpc.utah.edu is available again. Most databases are fully functional at this time.
The following databases are still being imported; notices will be sent to their owners when the migration is complete

- williams_syndrome
- umls14absub
- umls
- umls14abfull
- AirQualityData
The old server will be available at oldmysql.chpc.utah.edu until April 1.
