Retirement of /scratch/lonepeak/serial from general usage

On August 28th /scratch/lonepeak/serial will be changed to be read only as the first step to retiring it from general use. Please watch for an announcement to all users with additional details.
Please make changes in any batch scripts that make use of /scratch/lonepeak/serial. Alternates to /scratch/lonepeak/ serial are: /scratch/kingspeak/serial (175 TB capacity) and /scratch/general/lustre (700TB). Please remember that CHPC has a script in place that removes files from all scratch file systems if they have not been accessed in 60 days.
