Upgrade R from 3.4.4 to 3.5.2 on the CHPC nodes

The main R distribution located within /uufs/chpc.utah.edu/sys/installdir/R tree has been upgraded to the latest version of R i.e. 3.5.2.
R/3.5.2 has also become the default among the R (LMOD) modules.
Note that the other/older versions of R are still available.
