Change to the notchpeak-shared partition name

Users of the notchpeak-shared partition:
On Monday July 1 we will be changing the name of the notchpeak-shared partition to notchpeak-shared-short. When this change is made, we will update any pending jobs affected by this partition name change, but users should modify this in scripts for any jobs submitted after this change is made.
This is in preparation for enabling sharing on the general nodes of all clusters in the general environment, i.e., not on redwood in the PE. I will send more information about node sharing on Monday when this is taken live, but note that the enabling of node sharing will not affect any current running or pending jobs; it will just provide another option for workflows that may not need an entire node.
