Using R at CHPC

In this presentation we will examine the various ways of running R and the different methods to connect to CHPC compute resources, identifying the optimal connection methods for different R use cases. We will also discuss installing new R packages.

This CHPC presentation is free of charge and open to all. However, to get the most from this class you will need a CHPC account and some familiarity with the R language.
