What to expect using the CHPC issues tracking system
CHPC strongly recommends users submit questions, problems, and requests for services through our issue tracking system. This system can be accessed either via email or by the website: uofu.service-now.com/it. To open a new ticket, send email to: email@example.com.
On January 29, 2018, CHPC transitioned from JIRA to ServiceNow for its helpdesk platform. Users familiar with JIRA may want to watch a short training video or read through a similar presentation detailing what to expect.
Never put any Personal Health Information (PHI), passwords or other sensitive information in a service-now ticket.
